Join Specialized and Beechworth Chain Gang for a day of trail care, food, drinks and banter.  Meeting at the Beechworth Mountain Bike Park trailhead at 8am, we’ll spend the morning working on the trails – all equipment provided. We’ll finish the day with food and beverages on us. Finally, we'll also be announcing the winner of the Specialized Soil Searching Stumpjumper Evo. What’s Mountain biking without trails? Specialized Soil Searching is a movement to recognize, celebrate and support the unsung heroes of mountain biking; the trail builders and trail organisations who tirelessly maintain and shape what our sport is built on. Now is your opportunity to learn about sustainable trail building/maintenance tips, tricks and techniques from some of the best professional trail builders in the industry, Contour Works.  This is a free program, but registration is essential. Youth interested in trail work are encouraged to join, but please attend with a parent or caregiver.

The Alpine Junior Race Series has something for all junior mountain bikers looking to have a go at racing. Its a fun series for the kids. 

Beechworth Chaingang is proudly hosting:  Term 4 of the Junior Riding Program. The Trails are waiting! Its nice and warm now, and we got daylight savings back !!!! On Wednesday (9th) what's becoming our annual Christmas Club Ride leaves from the Old Beechworth Gaol at 6.30pm and will be a loop out to Stanley and back with a stop halfway at Stanley Pub beer garden (the club will provide some food platters, buy your own drink).  It's a no-drop social ride on the way out and there will be a couple of different options and groups on the return ride home.  Moderate fitness required, all welcome.
